Valet trash service is a door-to-door trash and recycling service for multi-family properties including apartment communities, condominiums, and senior living communities. We help keep the residential community clear of unsightly trash bags on front porches and breeze ways. We offer trash bag collection for residents three to five days a week. We collect residential community trash at night or first thing in the morning from every door in the community. The residents tied trash bags will be transported by our porters to the onsite dumpster or compactor for disposal. How Does Valet Trash Service Work?

Door-to-Door valet trash service is convenient and easy to implement. The service provides doorstep trash and recycling collection five nights a week. Residents put their tied trash bags in the provided trash container and set it outside their door by 8:00pm. Our professional valet collects the bags and take them to the dumpster starting at 8:00pm. The empty trash containers are then brought back into the unit by the resident before 9:00am the next morning.

What Is The Step-By-Step Process For Trash Collection?

  • Residents will place their trash bins outside of their front door.

  • Professionally dressed uniformed service valets will pick up the trash bag from outside each residents door.

  • Trash bag is collected in a leak proof carrier by our valet trash porter.

  • Trash bags are then taken to the on-site dumpster or compactor and disposed of properly.

  • Areas around the dumpsters are kept clean of loose trash and litter.

How Does The Recycling Process Work With A Trash Valet Service?

  1. Residents place their recycling in tied “blue bags or clear bags” and are put outside their door alongside their other trash so you know what is recycling.

  2. Recycling bags are taken to the on-site recycle bins and disposed of properly.

  3. If the community does not have recycling bins, recycling is taken off-property to a recycling center for an additional fee. “If Contracted”

    • Newspaper, junk mail, shopping ads, windowed envelopes, magazines and books (paperback)

    • Office and computer paper (all colors)

    • Phonebooks, greeting cards, brown paper bags

    • Fiberboard (cereal, crackers, frozen food and soda boxes)

    • Cardboard (must be broken down and placed in your recycle cart)

    • Glass bottles and jars (all colors)

    • Aluminum and steel cans (soup and vegetable)

    • Plastic bottles and containers

    • Milk and juice cartons
